Category:Customer Contract / Order Administrator
Job Description:Customer contract Administrator is responsible of the process of managing and monitoring agreements held by the organization with the customers. The Administrator will keep track of deliverables, products, services, timelines, and other contract obligations.
The Administrator shall review all the details as to the definition, type, quantity, quality requirements, price, and other specifications of the goods before to enter the Customer order in the company ERP system.
Work Shift:Day Shift
Qualifications:– Ontario high school Diploma or equivalent
– Minimum one years of experience in shop environment
– Basic Knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office suite
– Basic knowledge of ERP software
– Minimum 1 year experience in customer relationship management
– Work with internal departments to expedite as required
– Detail oriented and able to prioritize
– Strong analytical skills
– Excellent communication skills
